Recommended use:

Vita-genix Sport AM – 1 capsule once a day (in the morning) during a meal
Vita-genix Sport PM – 1 capsule once a day (in the evening) during a meal

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.

Biogenix Vita-genix Sport AM/PM Monster Caps contains caffeine; not recommended for children or pregnant women (caffeine content: 25 mg/ 1 capsule Vita-genix Sport AM). Not for use with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects. Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources and 200 mg of caffeine in a single dose.Usage is not recommended when planning a pregnancy and when breastfeeding as well as in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product. Do not take together with other vitamin and mineral products containing the same ingredients. Do not use in case of illnesses or taking medicines.
