Olimp Gold-Vit Complex + Ginseng - food supplement in the form of effervescent tablets, containing a comprehensive composition of vitamins, including: B6, B12, riboflavin, pantothenic acid with Korean ginseng extract. With sweeteners.
Scientific research has proven that ginseng:

- improves concentration, coordination and body’s alertness,
- helps in proper functioning of the immune system,

- participates in maintaining vitality of the body.
Providing required portions of vitamins afford to the proper course of processes taking place in the body. Vitamins: B6, B12, riboflavin, pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. In addition, vitamin B6 is responsible for the proper functioning of the nervous system and maintaining psychological functions. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.
Ingredients: acidity regulators – citric acid, sodium carbonates; bulking agent – sorbitols; vitamins (L-ascorbic acid – vit. C, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate – vit. E, nicotinamide – niacin, calcium D-pantothenate – pantothenic acid, retinyl acetate – vit. A, cyanocobalamin – vit. B12, pyridoxine hydrochloride – vit. B6, riboflavin – vit. B2, cholecalciferol – vit. D, thiamin mononitrate – vit. B1, pteroylmonoglutamic acid – folate, D-biotin – biotin), maltodextrins, Korean ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng C.A.Mey), sweeteners – cyclamates, sucralose, acesulfame K; stabiliser – polyethylene glycol; flavouring, anti-caking agent – silicon dioxide; colour – carotenes (for orange flavour).

Intended use: as a food supplement for people striving to maintain physical and mental activity and to reduce feeling of tiredness and fatigue, as well as supplement of vitamins in the diet. Especially recommended for middle-aged and elderly people, performing heavy physical and mental work and athletes.
Recommended use: 1 tablet a day. Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of water. It tastes best when chilled.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
