Directions

Recommended use: take 1 portion a day – directly before training. Add 1 portion (4,2 g of powder = ½ scoop) to 150 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation. An increase of weight may happen. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.

The product should not be taken by people hypersensitive to any of the constituents of the preparation. Keep out of reach of children. Slight caking and a slight change in the colour of the product are permissible and do not affect its quality and effect.
